Typical holiday with shopping, eating, napping, playing games, having fun. But no exercising.

I did a tiny crossfit workout with my mom.
WOD
3 rounds for time:
- 10 push ups
- 10 squats
- 10 sit ups
- run around the garden
Result
5 minutes. I did the squats with a woodlog, making it a front squat, haha. My mom did 8 of everything. She did the push ups from a fence. I think she liked it. I want to try and get her to a real crossfit workout when she is hear next week :D.
I made my mom do bear crawls as part of the warm up lol
May 27 and 28, 2014
Didn’t manage to do anything the 27th. Except clean and pack my bag. The 28th I was a bit tired from traveling all night (I left my house at 5pm on the 27th and I arrived at my parents doorsteps in Hungary at 8am on the 28th).
May 20 – 26, 2014
NOTHING. NADA. NOPPES.
No exercise whatsoever for 7 full days. I got really sick on the 19th when I came back from Copenhagen. I already started feeling a bit bad on the plane, but when I arrived home I just collapsed to stay in bed for the next 2.5 days. I couldn’t walk, eat or do anything really. I just slept. On Wednesday I felt a little bit better, which is good because I had some friends coming over from Holland. But I was still very weak (I almost fainted when I was picking them up from the airport). So Thursday and Friday I didn’t feel strong enough yet to go to CrossFit. Then in the weekend I was too busy having fun with my friends to feel for training.
Today (the 26th) I’m too busy with work. Maybe I’ll be able to go to CrossFit tomorrow. Hope so! I’m in withdrawl ;).

And day 3 of the Regionals. With the same bike ride. I have to say, each of these 3 days.. with the bike rides and the standing on my feet all day to watch all the events, I was exhausted every evening!
The winners of the Europe Regionals
The Copenhagen Marathon was today so on my way to Ballerup I had to stop for a bit and cheer some runners on.

It was the first day of the 2014 CrossFit Regionals (Europe). Very cool to see all these top athletes competing against each other. Great atmosphere and a lot of inspiration!
Sam vs Annie, the 2 number 1’s from previous years, ready for the handstand walk.
Muscle ups!
I rented a bicycle to get from the hostel to the venue (Ballerup Super Arena). So I had a nice trip in the morning and back in the afternoon.
I managed to put my armband for my phone on a very strategic place so I could use my phone navigation to show me where to go.
And back..
