I created my own little WOD with my rings in the mountain.
Jog to my “ring-spot”
Messed about with the rings a little bit, then:
3x pull up – hold on top for 30 seconds, slowly come down
3x hand stand hold 30 seconds
3 rounds for time
- 40 squats
- 30 sec ring hold
- 20m sprint
- 10 push ups
11 min 24 sec (the sprint was more of a jog, but oh well)
That was fun :D
In the afternoon I went to Tarifa to practice kite surfing, which was amazing.
