I am not very good at endurance. Before I got into CrossFit I had been running for a couple of months and joined some 5k and a 10k run. After I started CrossFit I barely ever ran again (apart from when it pops up in the WOD). My times are not to write home about, but I’m still proud of them :).


Longest distance: 10km

Fastest 5k: 32 min 31 seconds (September 1, 2013)

Fastest 10k: 1 hour 8 min 13 seconds (October 21, 2013)


Longest distance: 2km

Fastest 2k: 8 min 9 seconds


Longest distance: 3km (July 13, 2014)

Fastest 1k: 24 minutes (June 29, 2014)

Fastest 3k: 1 hour 23 min 51 seconds (July 13, 2014)
