Breakfast

  • 2 Slices of bread with Nutella :O

Snacks

  • Carrot
  • Piece of dark chocolate

Lunch

  • chicken salad with bell pepper and avocado

Snacks

  • Some nuts
  • Rittersport dark chocolate with marzipan (100 gram) :O

Dinner

  • Tapas (cheese, fuet, hummus, guacamole, taco crisps, olives)

2 coffees
2+ liter water
