  • One toast with peanut butter
  • Small handful of nuts

Snacks

  • Piece of dark chocolate
  • Some nuts

Lunch

  • Big salmon steak with lentil salad
  • Coconut water

Snacks

  • A pear

Dinner

  • Indian takeaway (Chicken Kaday (ate 1/3rd) + peshwari naan

2 coffees
2+ liter water
