Food Diary – Saturday October 4, 2014

I would prefer not to write what I ate this weekend.. but here goes.

Breakfast

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Red bell pepper

Snacks

  • A lot of chocolate (150 gram!! coffee/milk chocolate)
  • Some nuts

Lunch

  • Chicken Ceasar Salad

Snacks

  • Banana
  • Some more chocolate (approx 30 gram coffee/milk chocolate)

Dinner

  • Pizza (tuna)

1 coffee
2+ liter water
