Breakfast

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Slice of toast
  • Couple of slices of red bell pepper

Snacks

  • Some nuts
  • Spoon of peanut butter

Lunch

  • Gamba’s and red bell pepper

Snacks

  • Some nuts
  • Piece of dark chocolate
  • Pear

Dinner

  • Taco salad (minced meat, tomato, avocado, spring onion)

 3 coffees
3+ liter water
