Ring Training
I started the morning with a little ring session. I did:

  • 3 x 10 sec top hold
  • 6 x 1 dip
  • 6 x 1 pull up

Did both the dips and pull ups strict.

WOD
30 Minute AMRAP in pairs:

Partner 1:

– 6 Deadlifts #185/115

– 4 Strict Pull Ups

– 20 Air Squats

Partner 2:

  • 15 wall balls
  • 400m run

Switch when partner 2 is done. Partner 2 picks up where Partner 1 left off. Count reps of Partner 1 movements.

Result:
No idea. I partnered with Alvaro and we didn’t keep count. We did the deadlifts with 135 lbs (!! :D). I did the pull ups with the blue band and the wall balls with 10 lbs. I thought it was a bit too much legs (air squats, wall balls, dead lifts), but overall fun workout (apart from the running obviously ;)).
