It’s been a while since I used my rings so it was about time to take them out again. Had a nice walk up to the hill, although I think Murphy felt that it was a bit too hot for this kind of walking hehe.
After arriving and doing a little warm up I did:
- 5 rounds of 20 seconds ring hold and 10 seconds rest (top dip position)
- EMOM 10 minutes of 2 dips, after the 7th minute I only managed 1 dip every minute
- 5 rounds of 20 seconds ring hang and 10 seconds rest (bottom pull up position)
- 100 sit ups for time (4 min 15 seconds)
And then it was a pleasant walk back.
